NBSCN Online Study Group to Begin
Great news! Our online study group is reconvening on Friday, January 15th. Every Friday morning for 7 weeks you will find a new message with a suggested study schedule. We will use the newly revised Selekman, Cogan School Nurse Certification Review Book, and the Selekman, Shannon, Yonkitis School Nursing: A Comprehensive Text 3rd Edition to draw from for our weekly study schedule. There is no need to officially join anything, simply visit our group every Friday for a new message and participate in the online group discussions through the listserv. If you choose to meet in a Zoom to form your own smaller study groups that is great too, please feel free to reach out to each other and make those arrangements.
The following information is taken directly from the NBCSN website and includes links to our new study resources:
Although there is no single study guide, the List of Resources included in the Handbook for Candidates may be helpful in preparing. Many of those resources are available on the NASN website and through the NASN bookstore.
To guide preparation efforts, please plan to review the test blueprint found in the candidate handbook.
